We are a cozy compound, with a shared communal outdoor lawn. Cottages are designer appointed with a mix of fresh and vintage.

Cottage Cove NoFo offers 3 seaside cottages one minute from sandy beaches on Peconic Bay, and New Suffolk restaurants, just a short walk away. New Suffolk is one of the most coveted hamlets on the North Fork, across the bay from Southampton. Come for Spring star-gazing or strawberry picking. Summer swim and paddleboard, or Autumn apple and pumpkin picking. Nofo is rich with locally grown, farm to table dining, fresh fish markets, fruit tree orchards and miles of scenic vineyards.

  • Parking for Cottage One and Two in lot. Cottage Three, streetside.

  • Laundry can be dropped at Northfork Laundromat in Mattituck. They wash and fold.

  • Trash & Recycling to go in bins at corner of parking area as marked. Please place trash bags in large yellow bag provided in green bins.

  • Early Spring and Autumn weather can range from Summer warm to a big chill. Cottages have heat though not insulated or suitable below 40 degrees.

  • No Smoking Please
