ARRIVAL & SETUP

🚗 PARKING

Pull into the lot — it fits three medium cars or two large. Guests in Cottage 3 often find Main Road pull-offs extra convenient.

🔑 KEYS

Your door will be unlocked. The key is hanging on the hook just inside the entrance.

THE COTTAGE

🎨 DESIGN

Step into a thoughtfully styled space where fresh and vintage pieces blend seamlessly in your designer-appointed cottage.

🍽️ KITCHEN

You’ll find cookware, dishes, and essential supplies for cooking for the max number of guests. Need something extra or specialty? Just ask — we’ll do our best to help.

🛏️ BEDROOMS

Each room is stocked with crisp linens and towels for your stay.

🧺 LAUNDRY

Laundry is available at Mattatuck Laundry Co. in nearby Mattituck — just a 5-minute drive.

📺 LIVING ROOM

Relax on comfy seating and log into the Smart TV with your own streaming credentials. We’ll reset the TV at checkout.

❄️ AC & HEATING

To operate the air conditioner, press the power button and use the up/down arrows to adjust. A space heater is available upon request.

THE COVE

🌿 SHARED LAWN

Enjoy the open lawn for coffee at sunrise or stargazing after dark.

🔥 BARBECUE

Use the propane grill with utensils from your cottage. Turn on the propane valve and ignite the grill. We’re happy to assist if needed — just let us know.

🛒 WAGONS & BEACH GEAR

Red wagons and beach chairs are available for your use. Find them behind the main house near the 2nd Street fence. Please return them after use.

🚿 SHOWER

Rinse sandy feet at the hose in the red tub or enjoy the shared outdoor shower between Cottages 1 and 2.

BEACHES, BAY & NORTH FORK

🏖️ VILLAGE BEACHES

Village Beach is just a one-minute walk between 1st and 2nd Streets. For a quieter spot, head to the beach at the end of 3rd Street.

🗺️ EXPLORING THE AREA

From peaceful bay views to charming farm stands, wineries, and cafes — there’s a lot to love on the North Fork. See our map and recommendations below or ask if you’d like local tips!

Before checkout, please wash used dishes, place towels in the bathroom, and dispose of trash in the outdoor bin near the driveway.

🌙 QUIET HOURS

10 PM – 7 AM

Please be mindful of your neighbors and enjoy the peaceful vibe of the Cove.

🚨 SAFETY

For emergencies, dial 911. Fire extinguisher and first aid kit locations are marked in your cottage.
